Refund Eligibility

Defective QR Code: We guarantee that the Kavach QR code you purchase will be free from defects. If, within three (3) days of your purchase, you find that your QR code is defective and cannot be activated, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Refund Process

To request a refund for a defective QR code, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support at Support@kavachqr.co.inwithin three (3) days of your purchase to initiate the refund process.
• Provide proof of purchase, which may include your order confirmation or receipt.
• Clearly demonstrate the defect in the QR code by providing detailed photos, videos, or any necessary evidence
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations


Activated QR Codes: Once a Kavach QR code has been activated by entering personal and vehicle information, medical history, and emergency contacts, it becomes non-refundable. Before activation, please carefully review your intention to use our product.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in error or for change-of-mind situations. Please ensure the QR code meets your requirements before making a purchase.
